Go to aliexpress. Search for android HU (insert car name). Super dami diyan. Bought my LC200 HU there. Go for at least android 4.4.x and get the ones with quadcore and 1024x600 screen resolutions. Most are from $300-400 excluding shipping and taxes.
It seems most of them have the same modified car version of android (includes amplifier settings, steering wheel button mapping settings, and other car related features). You can tell by looking at the skin that the homescreen UI uses. The example above is the same flavor as the one I have. This is a tried and tested version of android.
