Binabago nila ang mounting brackets to accomodate.
Usual stocks are around 45 amperes. But I have seen some units with 65 amperes as stock.
gamit ko ngayon reconditioned alternator... nag konk-out na kasi yung stock ko eh... 90amps na from the previous 75amps. 4000 lang kuha ko (through my mechanic)
The standard alternator capacity rating is 70 amperes.
Why the bigger alternator?
Does the state of charge drop overnight?
Do you have electrical load add ons?
Do you drive mostly short distances?
Effect of a larger alternator is higher fuel consumption and additional weight to the car.
have your alternator seen by an alternator specialist, po. (yock's comes to mind.) they'll also check your system, to make sure that it is indeed, the alternator...
sometimes, all that is needed is to replace the electronic module inside. it's still cheaper than purchasing a used or new alternator.
and, done properly, it'll last many more years.
of course, purchasing a brand new alternator is an easy fix.
the assumption is, you do not have any power-hungry appliances in that car.

You def don’t need a high powered alt unless you running 1000’s of watts...
first check if your alt is working correctly..
car switched off should be 12.4v , car switched on should be 14.4v
Next get a bigger battery and do a big 3. Search google for ‘big 3’ if you not fimiliar with this term.
If still you having electrical issues, then check your relay, that might be damaged and draining current
