Avanza Periodic Maintenance Service (PMS)

oo nga no...actually, dko talaga napansin dahil natuwa ako 14T lang babayaran ko, 22T kc ang estimate ng A/C at 40km PMS, at nagmamadali ako claim yung unit last week..(daming excuses sa katangahan ano...)

binalik ko yung unit ko ngayon kc may hissing sound yung makina pag nag a-accelerate ako (casa na may backjob pa amf..). andun yung resibo sa warranty booklet, nasa pasong tamo.

maniningil ako mamaya!!

Nag test daw sila ng leak sa engine hanggang exhaust, wala nman daw.

i'm thinking about consulting other toyota service center, kaya lang baka i-charge ako.

di kaya isang belt dyan ang medyo nag slide na sir...
teka hissing sound ba ang belt? parang di yata.
hissing sound as in FM hissing sound na walang station?
check mo daw sir ang audio mo baka doon galing, minsan kasi nangyari sa akin eto habang nag-accelarate ako may hissing,galing pala sa speaker.

sa propeller kaya?
nagroadtest ba sila sir during pms?

nag road test daw sila nung nag complain ako, kaya lang wala nman daw nakitang problema. 25% nga ng fuel gauge ko nautas eh. 15kms ang nadagdag sa trip meter

Kung myroon man, pa-replace mo ang mga linkage seal.

Kung nacheck na yan ng casa 'bout sa hissing sound and they found out na wala, the sound could be normal.
Maingay ang sasakyan natin dahil pangit or kulang ang deadening materials na nakainstall sa avanza natin.
Try mo din compare ang tunog ng sasakyan mo sa ibang avanza kung may kakilala ka.
Mahirap din kasi kung diretso mo yan sa ibang shop na di mo kakilala at baka kung ano ano lang ang diagnose nila.

Agree!!! di pwede sa labas patignan yan,,, sa labas di sila kumpleto sa testing equipment for diagnostic...conventional lang lalo na mga mekaniko sa tabi tabi...my 2 cents...

share ko lang my avanza was converted to a taxi and now at 142,000km. me and my drivers do our own PMS. we change the engine oil every 20,000km using Toyota fully synthetic(P1500)--(after draining still the oil is clean almost comparable with the unused), also replace air cleaner (replacement lang worth P300), replace new VIC oil filter(worth P150), check and clean the brakes every month. my first time to replace the drive belt was * 130,000km using (japan replacement worth P970).... my observation to my old drive belt is still usable with unnoticeable small cracks (i think toyota's advice's is to replace the drive belt every 30,000km).

nakapag PMS na yung vanzy namin today although yung erpat ko ang nag asikaso.
will tell you in a few days ang naging first PMS ng vanzy namin, kc iuuwi na rin agad sya sa province.

tinanong ko yung erpat ko regarding the HU ng aming vanzy J during the PMS, medyo di nagkaintindihan yung SA at ang erpat ko regarding that. pero I will ask someone there in TQA or to my friend who is connected there.

Pero ok naman daw yung PMS ng aming vanZy.

nung pina check ko ulit, exhaust linkages nga ang diagnosis nung foreman nung nag roadtest kmi, pero nung chineck na nila, ok nman daw.

before the 40k PMS at a/c cleaning, wala yung ganung sound eh, kaya medyo doubtful ako na normal yun.

i'll wait for about 3months, 45k PMS nman, by that time, i'll use fully synthetic, baka sakaling mawala yung noise. Pero I'm quite sure, hindi na sa casa, tapos na rin nman yung 3yr warranty ko.

ok, i lista niyo na lang sa pamamagitan ng pag copy sa topic na ito/ thread kung ano-ano ang services na i rerender ng casa sa 45K PMS then i pagaya na lang sa inyong suking talyer na reliable, only if your unit is past the warranty, which ever comes first naman eh and it's 100K or three years...

guys totoo bang nakakasira ng engine pag lagi fully synthetic ang gamit mo for a long period of time kahit regular ka magchange oil?

Of course not. Fully synthetic is the best kind of oil kasi mas swabe sya sa mineral and it dosen't oxidize as fast and retain its protective properties better...
