I'm new here, and a new owner of Vanzy (may 14, 2010), i just want to share my worst experience in servicing my car at toyota cubao. i just had my first 1000 km check up last wednesday, i was very happy then since it is may first time to have my first car a check up, because of my trust and confidence with the service in Casa, i didnt bother to open my hood and check my engine since i know, any vehicle wont be released by the service dept without final inspection, from cubao i rode back to my office in QC where i parked my vanzy untill friday noon, when i got home last friday afternoon at laguna (because i live in calamba), my father noticed some oil flowing on our garage, when i open the hood of vanzy, pugay, wala ung TAKIP ng OIL FILLER, hindi naibalik ng toyota mechanic or hindi nila hinigpitan, kaya ung makina ni vanzy, punong puno ng langis, grabe tlaga, npaka reckless ng mga mechanic dun..it made me decide na hinding hindi ko na papa service c vanzy ko sa TYT cubao..

may mga horror stories talaga from toyota casas. You can get in touch with the service advisor mo sa toyota cubao for some corrective action.

Sir, bad experience ang nangyari sa iyo at sa Casa pa. dapat sa mga iyan eh ginaganito .tsk tsk tsk...
Sa akin hindi naman nangyari yan dahil mabusisi ako sa trabaho ng mga casa at double check ko palagi kasi nga marami din tayong mga katsikot na may mga bad experience especially sa TYT Alabang at very lucky naman, nakakapag tanong ako dito sa ACP...
kaya charge to experience nalang ung nangyari sa iyo...

oo nga sir, tlagang bad experience for a first time car owner... i really learned my lesson there, never trust the the service dept of TYT cubao, sorry for the word, pro worst tlaga ang service nla, yesterday, i brought my vanzy at cubao for their attendtion, sbi ng dept head (service) nla skin, mag conduct dw cla ng investigation, but for their immediate action,i-engine detailing and body wash (w/o charge) para mawala ung mga oil dirt, we waited for 5 hours, after waiting nothing seems different, parang pinunasan ng basahan ung engine, malangis padn, tpos ung body hindi man lang nabasa for body wash, pati ung mga lupa sa mud guard hindi nbasa..pinagalitan ko tlaga ung head nla, nkaka high blood..
anyway thanks for your advice sir..

buti nalang daddy ko nag bayad. pero nung sinabi ko kung magkano aabutin pag ung warranty ng paint sabi ako na daw magbayad. haha! magkano kaya aabutin kc may gasgas sa lower right ng rear bumper kita na ung black mga 3in ang haba and mga 0.3in ang taba. pati may gasgas sa hood.

Questions:
1. wala sa invoice yung air filter at 4 spark plugs, but i am assuming na pinalitan nila kasi meron plastic bag sa loob ng kotse nung kinuha ko.
(matagal na kong nagdududa kung pinapalitan nga nila, di nman natin makikita kung pinalitan dba? malay ba natin kung naglagay lang ng lumang spark plug at filter from another car..)

2. when i was researching, supposedly, papalitan pati transmission fluid, wala sa list.

3. wala rin sa list yung brake fluid. pinalitan kaya?

4. wala rin sa list yung oil filter. pinalitan kaya?

ang hirap lang talaga sa casa, di natin nakikita ginagawa ng mga to eh, pasensya na kung wala akong tiwala, they haven't earned it.

oo nga no...actually, dko talaga napansin dahil natuwa ako 14T lang babayaran ko, 22T kc ang estimate ng A/C at 40km PMS, at nagmamadali ako claim yung unit last week..(daming excuses sa katangahan ano...)

binalik ko yung unit ko ngayon kc may hissing sound yung makina pag nag a-accelerate ako (casa na may backjob pa amf..). andun yung resibo sa warranty booklet, nasa pasong tamo.

maniningil ako mamaya!!

Medyo overdue na ako for 75,000 km pms.

nagpapalit ako ng oil filter. damage: 180 petot for the oil filter. 50 petot for the labor. 20 petot tip.

bibili pa ng pang top up na oil bukas. mga around 600 petot sa casa ang 1 liter na full synthetic.

Vic na oil filter ang ginamit.

Hindi pa ako nagpalit ng oil. top up lang. pero after ko na nasilip ang oil level, puno pa rin.

nasa toyota makati si sylvia. 20T kms check/maintenance with tire rotation saka sabay na aircon cleaning/maintenance. pinasok ko kanina 7am. estimated date and time of service completion is tomorrow, march 17 at 5pm. estimated cost of service, 7,500 petot ( 4,500 petot sa aircon at 3,000 petot sa engine tune up at iba pang ek-ek)

Lately, I heard something at the back of the avanza.
parang maingay na sound like "kwek kwek kwek"
ano kaya ito, kailangan ba ng Bolts & Nuts tightening job?
have anyone experience the same thing?
another, lately it is raining, parang rinig na rinig ko yung tubig sa likod ng avanza ko? bakit ganoon, ano ba ang dapat kung gawin?
parang yung ikot ng tires sa road, i can hear the water sound like "shirr shirr"
manipis ba yung undercoat ng avanza?

how much kaya if pa service sa casa yung bolt & nuts tightening?

can anyone share their experience
