This what makes these VS small in size like this particular VS brand which has a capacitance of 4.5 Farad (4500000 uF)

Wow super cap in farads inside VS, magkano din kaya yan bos?
High Technology na talaga, baka after 5 to 10 years from now may SMD na cap in farads.

I'm gonna check again this monday the super cap we used here almost look like a 25cents or a 3v bios batt.
The one with the RAM temp battery is in 10k microfarads paralled into 4 super cap.
Baka may umabot ng farads dito at makagawa ng VS.

The maker of F22 is Rossam Technology.
Checking there website, seems no updates.
But the domain itself is not expired.
    http://whois.domaintools.com/rossam.com
I am using the "Wayback Machine" for further search:
    http://web.archive.org/web/*/rossam.com
    Last update is 2007
Some archived of rossam dated 2007April:
    http://web.archive.org/web/200704232...m/hasirundesu/
From wiki, 2007 may super cap napala na VS?

    Amazed me...
Got so many super cap here, don't know yet the exact value of capacitance and working voltage,
I am so very much excited for this for DIY.
I'll post the pics on monday pag uwi ko.

By the way big thanks sir Islaw Palitaw for this info(VS Using Super cap).

    [edit]

May ACP member tayo sa Japan (Si Flying Fox)... baka matulungan tayo on how we can avail of this ROSSAM EDLC System Voltage Stabilizers.

I really need this for my Vanzy especially with my 220V inverter on board, not to mention my mid power subs, ICE upgrades, tapos ang liit pa ng capacity ng NS-40 na stock battery natin. Having a Voltage Stabilizer for me will be a lot of help to supplement Vanzy's power requirement.

Gonna try also my Jap tech counterparts here, kahit super cap high capacitance lang para maka-assemble na.

I have a bunch of junk electronic module here using SuperCap.

    Magkano bili mo sir?

I did call our local dealer here, eto lang mayroon sa kanila:
    .33f/5.5v, 180pesos each.

If ever may sobra, bigyan kita bro.

Yan ang pwedeng-pwedeng gawing VS for 12Volt source.

So far wala sa UPS and Power Supply.

    .22F in series(3x caps) = 0.073333F (73,333uF * 16.5Volts)
    x 3 in parallel = 0.22F
    kung
    x 6 in parallel = 0.44F
I want to achive it upto 1F:
x 12 in parallel = .88F, this is equivalent of 36 Super Cap.
    .88F is 880,000.0 microfarads...whoa!
Let's say 100pesos per .22F times 40pcs. equals 4000pesos, Brand new non super cap 1 farad is 14k pesos, pwede na.

This is damned crazy project, sinong may conventional 1Farad caps installed sa car ninyo, any effect sa engine performance?

Just in case gusto nyo mag-DIY ng grounding kit enhancement. This illustration will serve as an installation guide to assist you and to ensure that you're doing the right thing to avoid installation hazards and mistakes.

I'm wondering what's the effective capacitance considering it's cost which is at the range of US$33.00 ~ US$39.00 - as compared to other VS (e.g. Rossam F22, Pivot Mega Raizin, etc). Gusto kong I compare ang cost vs. it's effective holding capacitance para I can choose which one is the most suitable for me. Thanks.

sir islaw wala akong idea regarding sa kanyang capacitance kasi di ko maintindihan yung nakasulat sa packaging kasi in japanese, kung naka chinese sana pwede ko pa translate sa mother ko, one way to check siguro is to open the box, tingnan ko kung meron syang screw na pwede tanggalin to open the box pero mga 3rd week of february pa uwi namin sa bacolod. pwede rin hanapin ko yung packaging then scan ko and post ko dito baka meron marunong mag translate ng japanese hehehe

Thanks for that, di ko kasi alam kung mura na yung ja-fake na brand new Pivot Mega Raizin (Made in Taiwan) na nilalako sa Sulit.com worth P1,250 which is just 21,000 uF holding capacitance nya... Hehehe.

    Wow,

When using capacitors and for best results, use those with the lowest ESR. The physically huge capacitors used in automotive audio are low ESR capacitors.
