Will wrapping the hood or the whole of my car with vinyl wraps affect the engine temp?

I'm thinking of getting my new car vinyl wrapped. My only concern is will this affect the performance of the car, temperature wise? I don't want my car to overheat because the hood is wrapped in vinyl.

Do you plan on covering the air vents, the grill and under the engine bay too?
