alam ko alang product na talagang makakatanggal nyan without really scrubbing it off and harm your paint.

wala din yata talagang produt, kinutkot ko din lang nung nangyari sa akin. d naman kasi sya lapat na lapat. and the cement does seem to "dissolve" a bit with the running water. running water tapos scrape mo pakonti konti using a pointed object. be very careful not to touch the paint. worked for me naman. although i guess not really the best way to do it.
another idea is to try putting a wet rag over the cement for a few minutes, lalambot naman yata yung cement nyan.

try it with vinegar solution muna, acids usually dissolve concrete, but if it doesn't budge, nothing you can do but scrape it off gently... if left long enough, it'll etch through the paint

...would the vinegar solution harm the paint just in case it spills on the car's surface?

no, it's too weak to do any harm, our everyday acid rain will do more harm than pure distiled vinegar... unless you don't rinse it off and leave it on the surface of the car for several days... that is..

Kaya pa kaya ng suka or anong mas magandang gawin?

If the distilled vinegar does not work, try miratic (muriatic) acid. I tried this on an old ride. The acid will soften the cement so you can rinse it of. When you rinse, rinse thoroughly. Don't worry about the paint being damaged. It would only be damaged if you let the acid sit for more than 10 minutes.

Hmmm. Is that concrete or tar? It kinda looks like tar to me.

Its concrete. Sana nga tar lang yan.

It's all over the roof, hood, front & back windshield, and trunk cover. May construction sa taas ng building, naambunan ng cement (puro ata), yan ang hirap tanggalin.

Ah ok. IMO, go with the distilled vinegar like what Theveed posted. It will not damage your paint because mild acid lang yun. Wash your car, then apply the distilled vingar one section at a time using a soft sponge then rinse. Tingnan mo kung matatangal. if hot, buhusan mo on a small section nung vinegar then let it sit for a few mins, then rinse. See if this would do the track. If not, do the muriatic acid thing but like I said on a previous post, don't let is sit for long.

how to remove hardened concrete?
