Anything that will not compromise reliability is ok in my book. Nothing overkill or too fancy.

    kakanya kanyang porma lang yan...

ang maganda, mukhang stock pero hindi stock...

kasi may nakita ako na audi a4, hindi stock exteriors and interiors niya, tapos ang ganda ng sounds pero hindi mo makikita ito. sabi niya kasi ang magandang sound system ay maganda ang quality pero hindi visible and hindi maka-take up ng space na malaki. masmahal nga lang ginastos niya kasi customized

    Ito naiisip ko...

    1. Buy a white lancer evolution RS. (naka steel rims ata stock nito) put mitsu L300hubcaps to hide the 5 lug nuts. Remove all "evolution" emblems and put an "EL" on the back. mod the driver and the engine. rice look pero ndi rice!!

    2. Same as above but swap a MIVEC engine on my Lancer EL.

syempre dapat may autobots sticker!! ;)

Para sakin yung pratical muna, performance muna, pero d nman yung todo todong performance. brakes is so important, stoping is more important than going fast. basta yung practical things muna bago yung iba.

This is just my opinion ... People modify the exterior of their cars for the sake of being different from other cars, especially one that is the same as their car's model. People modify their cars to be noticed not because they have a turbo-charged engine, but because their cars are nice to look at. Peformance-wise, majority of car buffs already know the three basic engine mods (I / H / E), which they have already done. Not all car buffs can afford the time and money, not to mention the headache, that comes with tinkering the internals of your engine or even swapping it for a more powerful one. And besides modifying the exterior of your car is much safer than modifying your engine. Once you modify your engine, you'll have the urge to race or speed up when the road is clear ahead. Remember: It's safer to be all show and no go than it is to be all go and no show ... anyway, I'm blabbering now ... see 'ya!!! Peace Out!!!

Kaya kayang putahe lang yan ika nga. Some people want performace, others want cosmetic. For me I want functional mods, like a nice sound setup, little accessories like an aftermarket rear view mirror, cd holder, etc. Maybe in the future HIDs, LED tail lamps.

for me naman, kaya pinapaporma ng mga tao ang kanilang auto to suit their personality not just to be unique... if kung gusto mo maging unique, show-off ka lang...

going back to the topic... i'll go for stealth... not really stealth... more of simple but swabe... mags, hid, good interiors, no dramas in the street...

sleeper car rin gusto ko, hid, mags, maybe oem spoiler, then probably get the interior fixed up nicely. minor engine mods, i/h/e probably.

i think there's nothing wrong with modifying the body of your car even if you keep the engine stock. nowadays you can consider this as an art already. for example sa transhow, pansinin ninyo. majority ng cars dun nakaporma pero stock lang engine na malinis and karamihan automatic pa pero super standout sa body mods.

pero of course there must be limits. dapat alam mo kung ano ang nararapat sa car mo and ano hindi. kung honda car mo tapos tom's naman ang mags mo, habang may windshield visor ka na pagkalaki-laki nakasulat TRD, patay na. o kaya, naka toyota ka, tapos mags mo, rota slipstreams(copy ng spoon). these are things na kung pangkaraniwang tao titingin, di masyadong mapapansin ang discrepancies. pero pag car enthusiast na nakakita, sira na agad porma mo. obvious na agad na hanggang porma ka na lang nga, wala ka pang alam sa pinoporma mo which is masaklap di ba? you're getting the complete opposite of the kind of reaction you're expecting to get.

of course i respect the fact na kanya kanyang trip yan. kahit ako may konting pag ka ricey i think. pero sometimes, especially sa mga genuine car lovers, you can't help but criticize di ba? maliban dun sa mga wala masyadong knowledge sa pagpoporma, andyan din yung iba na trying hard ang dating. one good example is yung mga car na stock ang rims tapos pipinturahan nila ng itim para mukhang racer. nabawasan lang ganda ng car nila. another example is yung ibang car na super lowered tapos pag tumakbo na tatalbog-talbog sa daan yung kotse. halatang tatlong ikot ang pinutol sa spring nila. what i'm trying to say here is if you cannot afford it, don't force it. kung wala pambili ng mags, keep it stock and keep it clean. save up for the purchase na lang kesa magmukhang minadali yung kotse. or may isa pang option. many car owners don't realize the value of simplicity. in the end yung linis ng kotse from the engine, to the interior hanggang sa body, yan ang pinakamagandang porma. kahit stock lang lahat. gulong, body, etc. basta malinis, stand-out.

Stealth for me. Mga very subtle exterior mods lang, and some interior mods. Absolutely no bodykits, basta huwag lang magmukhang bagong labas sa casa yung sasakyan. Pero stuff like tires and rims, I'll still go with stock replacements over beefier tires and mags. Baka kasi magkaroon ng epekto sa speedo reading ko, and I still prefer to stay as close to factory specs as possible, to play it safe.
