Generally repairing scratches that low on the bumper will waste your money. If the scratches don't go all the way to the plastic of the bumper, you can have it buffed smooth so it would not show too much when you look at it. Either car paint shops or car detailing shops can help you with that.

BUT if you still want to repaint it, generally it will cost you P2,500 to repaint the entire bumper. Why whole bumper? It ensures a smooth and consistent paint job on the entire part, no patchwork of different colored paints that become obvious after a few months of exposure to the sun.

That is too much. Cause the usual per panel rate is around 2500 only.

Those scratches look deep enough to require sanding. Most shops recommend repainting the whole panel so the finish will be even. You can go cheap and look for someone willing to spray just the affected area but most of the time it won't look pretty.

If I were you I'd let those minor scratches be and wait for more damage to accumulate so it's more cost effective

i will heed the advice of JohnM ... baka makalibre ka pa if another car bumps you, or kung mas higher yung repair cost ng several scratches than your participation fee sa insurance

since sa front bumper yan, dapat mag blend yan sa rear bumper din kasi baka nag-age na yung other paint due to sun exposure (UV)
