thanks ma'am madkatz...yung microtex nano glos is a QD pala....i've read in this forum that says....forgot if coming from you ma'am....

Another alternative you could do is use 2x coating of Nano Glos to cover up the swirls before you apply 476, this way you fill in the swirls so its visually removed and the filling Nano Glos

ano po ang curing time if mag two coats ako ng nano gloss? and after two coating of nano gloss..i would wait 4 hours? to top it with LSP product like 915 or any carnauba wax.

Bro, as far as I can remember 4 hours nga ang waiting time for nano gloss to cure before mag-2nd coat or top with wax.

it depends on what machine you are using? lemme know what machine you are using along with the different OPM based on speed settings, generally 2k OPM is enough, but it also depends on the wattage of the motor

Pag ako sa porter Cable pagka Cleaner sealant/Wax like Klasse AIO speed 4 and pag finishing sealant/wax speed 3. Pag Rotary speed 1 lang lahat at very quick yung movements

The bumper of my car was accidentally bumped by a motorcycle. There is a 1x1inch damage. I believe that the clear coat was completely scraped off.

What can i do to put the gloss back to the damaged area? Can I apply clear nail polish?

experimentation? we support that. with just about any product, technique or process you wanna try out, always remember to:
"try your whole process on a small area first".

then feedback and post pics. watusi, will you? yes nail polish will do, but you don't need it if the panel is not going to rust.

pics would help. At 1x1" it's gonna be rough. one or two strokes while very wet with a 1" wide brush, no back and forth. you can always buy a cheez whiz bottle of clear coat.

It should be ok since Qd's are 90 to 95% water but you would lose the effectiveness and lubricity of the QD at orginal strength

    yup the link is broken

actually branding doesn't dictate whether a polisher is newbie friendly

its the action of the polisher that dictates it, rotary polishers, no matter what brands are never newbie friendly

ROP with a safety clutch feature that makes it stop once enough pressure is applied is what makes it newbie friendly

Ouch! pareho tayo jc, nabangga din ng tricycle oto ko last feb. And I had a very very frustrating experience with HondQC sa repair....more similar to sir SG. I just had my car back after more than 1 month sa casa.

Anyway, please post some pics so we can help you.
