June 16th, 2010 02:19 PM #4754Hello, there's no curing time for QD's, but there is a curing time for Nano Glos which is the standard 4 to 8 hours for waxes, so 476 also has a curing time of 8 hours, sealants vary from 12 to 24 hours curing time
as for the hyper polish spray, we actually have one, and its not as aggressive as the Megs 83 DACP, actually all products namely compounds and polishes vary their cut depending on the pads that you use, but so far we would rate hyper polish as something like Mothers Power Polish in terms of removing swirls and probably like Speed Glaze in terms of buffing to a high gloss.

June 16th, 2010 02:25 PM #4756Well i would say Optimum products really saves you money because unlike megs that sort of dries up very fast, Optimum has a very very VERY long working period for their polishes and compounds, so that product you have on the pad really lasts a lot longer, but we're still comparing which one gives the best result, we're comparing the polish II and finish II VS 105 and 205, As for the spray type we like it since we think its really easy to use, we did a whole car with an average of 2 sprays per panel only and we barely even used any product at all, but yeah i would agree that its expensive since the same amount can get you a liter of 205 already

June 16th, 2010 02:34 PM #4757Yup i would agree on this, if you know someone coming over from the US you would save a lot of money by having them bring it over for you, whats expensive usually is the shipping to our country since a few bottles and pads already costed us 154$ thats why we just opted for our products to be shipped via sea through balikbayan boxes, but the problem with that is the taxes and the grease money you have to pay for. So its really gonna save you a lot if you have someone coming over, my suggestions for pads would be Megs 6 or 8 inch burgundy, yellow and black pads, LC Purple, Yellow, Orange, White, Black pads.
