Detailing Thread [For Newbies][ARCHIVED]

my bad. actually it was a link to my search result, it slipped my mind na it would change. anyway, it was a search result using the "KP 600" as the search parameter and I made sure to just search just within this thread alone. you'll be surprised how many hits this would result, in this thread alone. :D

tried searching for "KP600" pero di ko pa din ma gets kung pano sya gawin. Pagkaka intindi ko lalagyan ng Velcro Straps ung kp600 and lalagyan din ung 3m na polishing pad or any other pads? Pls correct me kung mali ako.

Honestly guys, di ko alam kung bakit 0 ang search result n'yo. Pero given na marami naman akong oras at kailangan ko ng pampalipas oras eto ang search results ko dito sa thread pa lang na 'to:

...any many more. Pero di ko na idadagdag kasi, after clicking all those links I am assuming na medyo na warm-up na kayo't di n'yo na mapipigilang umpisahang magbasa mula page 1 ng thread na 'to and subaybayan ang mga kabanata sa buhay ng mga datihan at mga baguhan sa detailing.

btw: ang tinutukoy sa mga ibang posts/threads na PAD forum ay ang AFAIK now-defunct Pilipinas Auto Detailing forum -- na unfortunately di ko na rin inabutan.

ok ba yung mga colored waxes or color polish (turtle wax color magic or color cure car polish)? kaya ba tanggalin swirl marks? nagkaron din ng konting haze after ko mag apply ng glaze sa hood... pano ba tanggalin to?

the bottomline mdyo alanganin function KP600.. para sa mern na, optional na kailangan ng 3m velcro strips at 3m waffle pads... san kya meron nito? parang mhrap hanapin...

err... konting haze after mag-apply ng glaze? baka naman nasobrahan lang ng application (i.e. napadami) at di natanggal?

serious... kasi AFAIK non-abrasive ang glaze. subukan mo munang tanggalin yung sobrang (assuming na tama ang hinala ko) glaze.

as the posters with first-hand experience with this item mentioned -- "it's ok for wax application" and uh, di naman talaga inispecify nung mga nakasubok na na kailangan 3M velcro strips. maraming velcro strips diyan. kung binasa mong maigi yung isang post ni TheVeed binanggit nya at babanggitin ko ulit na marami sa daw National. actually kahit sa mga textile shop meron din nito, or yung mga crafts shop. as per 3M waffle pads, may mga nabanggit din sa mga posts na ni link ko kung saan makakabili.

pag nadikit ko na po ba ung velcro na "hard" sa kp600 ung megs na foam pad built in na ba un na "soft" side ng velcro? sorry sa kulit ko di pa kc me naka kita nun.
