ano po mga requirements and process for changing the color of my car?
kailangan po ba idaan muna sa lto before ipa-washover or pwede washover na muna tapos isabay na lang sa registration? march po kasi ang registration ng car and balak ko ipa-hilamos this december.

i was referring to the requirements by lto. di ba pag nagreregister ng kotse, meron yung field regarding car color? so pag pina-washover tapos nag-iba ng kulay, mali na yung registration.

so ano dapat ang gagawin?
