meron po windshield detail but the rain clear sachet is not included in the price. rain clear is available at the shop for 100/ sachet, unused rain clear will be given to the customer.

Optiguard is theproduct name of our paint protection program. Vincent handles the ortigas branch.

you can wax sealed cars with PLAIN CARNUBA WAX, not cleaner or 3 in 1 waxes.

sir ask ko lang kung anu service pwede gawin sa oto ko bale bnew outlander sya mga 1month old carbon black yung color me mga dull mantsa (spot) sya sa part ng hood and gilid ; kelangan ba paint protection? or sealant? kikintab pa ba lalo after nung service na PP or sealant? tnx in advance

well you can go 2 ways.
1. Optiguard paint protection program. 1 year, quarterly program ito.
2. new car paint protection... we just seal the paint.

Ok talaga sa bigberts, alala ko last week may barumbado na carwash boy lakas pagclose sa door ko, sabi ni sir paul yata yun "dahan dahan lang" hehehe tapos ung kunwari may basa pa, pinapabalikan nya. Sulit na sulit talaga, di tulad sa ibang carwash pag walang bantay, kaylangan sabihan mo palagi.

Yup, Optiguard ang pinagawa ko sa Ortigas, one sedan tapos two weeks after, mid-sized SUV naman. Cost me 4k and 5k respectively.

Dapat po may libreng MF kayo after the DETAIL session ng optiguard po. You probably didn't need the detail session right off the bat and received the maintenance service muna hence the lack of MF.

Any detail session rendered (Optiguard or not) has a new MF that comes with it.

Please don't hesitate calling our branch(es) for confirmation on why you didn't get one for both services.

Thanks Theveed! Yung first optiguard ko kasi was for a 5 year old car so detailing na ang na-una, I actually ordered the MF pero it was added to my bill din (together with car shampoo). Second was for a brand new car kaya maintenance service muna. Anyway, let me call the branch to check na rin.
