my name is Jeffrey and I'm the one in charge of our Araneta branch. Usually our Optiguard maintenance sessions take around 2 to 4 hours while the detailing session takes around 6 to 8 hours.

there are cases when customers bring in their car which is more than a year old so we start with the detailing session as the first session while for cars which are relatively new or newly repainted (2 months after repaint) and in good condition, we start with the maintenance session as the first session of our Optiguard Paint Protection Program.

since your car is a new car, the maintenance session applies. actual process for sedans is around 2.5 hours. sometimes it takes longer depending on our load.

I just came from Big Berts Ortigas this morning around 11:15am. I had a very positive experience on my first wash yesterday that I went back today for a scratch removal service. Unfortunately, it didnt turn out well. My Subaru Forester 09 steel silver had a 1 inch blemish afterwards. Supervisor said that my top coat was already thin that's why it came out that way. When I brought it in, it was just a faint line though some portions where deep. Scratch was made with a key, napagtripan. After the blemsih event, I went to Motor Image and they said not to have it touched anymore. Repaint na lang ang katapat and its 5,500. I believe nasobrahan ng buff iyong technician ng Big Berts. Instead ang sinisi eh yung top coat or the fact that I used cleaner last night in my attempt to remove the scratch. When I brought it in, wala naman blemish. I was not charged 500 anymore for the service. Sana di na lang nag buff kung magkakablemish din. I trusted kaya nga ako pumunta sa Big Berts. Instead of resolving the scratch, nag add lang ng isang bagong sakit na ulo -- blemish. Hay, Mr Big Berts any suggestion to help me fix or alleviate this will be appreciated. I will still have my car washed there and optiguard of course. Im confident Big Berts will be able to come up with a solution for me.

are these in paste or liquid form? If that is the same that I've seen in True Value then it's in paste form...

BB, any experience with turtle wax Formula1 polish? I guess it's a sealant but does it last? thanks

yes sir lagay ung plate # mo sa side mirrors even sa windshield and windows. sa side mirrors- pra less chance na tungkabin pag nakita nila na may plate mo, di na nila maibenta pa. unless mapagtripan lang talga na kunin.

email vinz(blackmagic) in advance, your plate number and how many panels you want etched, so he can make the template, he personally does the etching thats why we only have it at the ortigas branch, since he's the managing partner there.

sir tanong ko lang po kung ano magandang brand ng APC.. yan kasi ung nirecommend sakin ni sir paul (from araneta) na panglinis ng interiors ko, pansin ko kasi nagbbrown na ng konti ung armrest sa doors eh... fabric type kasi yung seats ko... gusto ko sana bare lang (walang seatcover) so mas dapat ko syang linis linisin... or may masusuggest po kayong ibang type of cleaner? my ride's a new jazz... black and blue ung seats...

hi. just wanted to share that i availed of the Optiguard from Big Bert's last Saturday in Ortigas for my new, month old jazz. thanks to Sir Willy and the staff for being very accommodating dahil hinintay niya ko til 8pm, since i got stuck in our appointment bago ko nakuha yung car ulit. see you po ulit sa feb!

since i'm a girl and as in mababa ang IQ ko sa cars (this is just my first car), i only know i wanted it to last long and still look brand new always. kaya in-avail ko yung paint protection. i'm sure this is a good program for all new cars.

anyway, ask ko lang re my 3 month old car. i had my rear bumper repainted since some dweeb gave me lots of scratches. unfortunately, one of the painter's crew took the extra effort of washing my car, and thus swirl marks galore. and here i thought my washing technique was giving my car swirls.

i went to BB Ortigas and i was told stage 3 na, which would take 7 hours and would use Mother's Rubbing Compound... may rubbing compound ba tlga ang Mother's, and wouldn't it take off the clear coat? im just thinking it might be overkill since swirl marks (all over the car) and some very light scratches lang naman ang tatargetin... TIA guys.
