I just came from Big Berts Ortigas this morning around 11:15am. I had a very positive experience on my first wash yesterday that I went back today for a scratch removal service. Unfortunately, it didnt turn out well. My Subaru Forester 09 steel silver had a 1 inch blemish afterwards. Supervisor said that my top coat was already thin that's why it came out that way. When I brought it in, it was just a faint line though some portions where deep. Scratch was made with a key, napagtripan. After the blemsih event, I went to Motor Image and they said not to have it touched anymore. Repaint na lang ang katapat and its 5,500. I believe nasobrahan ng buff iyong technician ng Big Berts. Instead ang sinisi eh yung top coat or the fact that I used cleaner last night in my attempt to remove the scratch. When I brought it in, wala naman blemish. I was not charged 500 anymore for the service. Sana di na lang nag buff kung magkakablemish din. I trusted kaya nga ako pumunta sa Big Berts. Instead of resolving the scratch, nag add lang ng isang bagong sakit na ulo -- blemish. Hay, Mr Big Berts any suggestion to help me fix or alleviate this will be appreciated. I will still have my car washed there and optiguard of course. Im confident Big Berts will be able to come up with a solution for me.
