January 2nd, 2006 08:33 AM #1Good a.m.,
I was just wondering if there is a way of removing really bad odors from a car? The situation was someone left raw chicken (it was in a pail) in the trunk of the car for days, so now the car really smells bad! Kaya ba ng detailing ito? Is there a specific type of detailing for this if so what is the service called?
Would appreciate the help, medyo sama talaga ng amoy, hehe!!

I had to remove it then soaked in water with strong detergent.

good old soap & water would do. tapos gamitan mo ng baking soda.
OR
APC (All Purpose Cleaner) diluted to your desired strength.
Make sure to work the product on the affected part to get it inside. baka sa top lang tapos meron pa pala sa loob.. if you remove the source of the odor, the smell would go away.
hope this helps.

i remember my cartimar shopping days when i would buy bags of guppies to feed my arowana..grabe naiwan ang isang bag sa ilalim ng front seat for a whole day under the sun..wow! ang amoy the best!.. you must wash the carpet na pinangyarihan ng krimen or else di talaga mawawala ang amoy sa lysol or air freshener also adding box of uling helps too in instances you cant leave the doors open for a long time...
the generic answer for all cars is, "yes but", i am wary of the increased glare that can blind...
