rub off with kerosene, wash with soap rewax. or go to big berts for a full make over

August 28th, 2006 05:30 PM #13kerosene will do. if you want you can go to any concorde store in sm and look for bug and tar remover. i bought a tar remover made by carplan in blue plastic bottle. works great. it set me back 300 petot.

Tingin ko wala ka nang magagawa kasi Honda ang car mo. Baka 'pag nadampian iyan ng Kerosene eh ma-strip to metal na.
Seriously, kerosene din ang gamit ko. Sometimes I dilute it in water and i always clean the area afterwards to remove any residual kerosene.
For more stubborn stuff I use thinner (don't try this at home).

mga sir how about denatured alcohol? minsan kasi problema ko rin yan me mga "blackheads" ung sasakyan at nabasa ko nga na ok kerosene kaso ala ako mabilan agad. went to a hardware store and they recommended denatured alcohol. tinry ko ok naman.. natanggal ung dumi.
would it have any adverse effect on the paint?
