I posted the pics at the kei car discussion, but here it is again...

i like it,it this a gasoline powered or electric.how much does it cost?
I will definitely will buy a Pinoy car! As long as it has quality and very affordable plus fuel efficient. I will bet my salary for it!
If in the past we have risked our money buying owner-type jeeps, Castro AUV and Anfra AUV bakit hindi ang isang well-made quality Pinoy car...
I just hope it will sell below 100t (exempted from government taxes as a pioneer (new industry)industry. With durable locally -made parts (OEM) plus warranty from the Pinoy manufacturers..why not??
Bili ka ngayon ng brand new from foreign carmakers (lalo na CBU tulad ng most sedans, pick ups at SUVs here except Vios, Sentra, Focus and Civic; Crosswind, Adventure, L300 and Urvan)sobrang yari ka na sa gas yari ka pa sa piyesa at maintenance--- e di bili kana ng kotseng gawa ng Pinoy available pa ang parts at madaling ipagawa...
Unless, who have the money to spend...
Pero nowadays...even people from the upper middle, middle class are already hurting....what more kung lower middle class...
This is the right opportunity for a quality, fuel efficient micro utility vehicle (MUV) made by Pinoys!!!![]()
how about a 7 seater auv with the same class as Avanza,Livina and Apv
i wish lagangan will design that segment.you have a good design congrats.i cant wait to see the finish product.
Has the term "micro utility vehicle" been used before? Or did jpdm just come up with a new name for small utility vehicles. If he did, he deserves a place in automotive history or a footnote at least.
MUV has a nice ring to it. Sounds like "move". But there's the Genius mUV.
I concocted the name last year to give anew category for the first pinoy car (actually a utility that Tsikot Design team is trying to create).
If there are AUV, SUV, MPV segments..why not an MUV for the country? A category for small utility vehicles?
Like the new designs for the owner-type jeeps....![]()
Notice how gas-guzzler owners are selling their cars? Observe how mainstream auto dealers are in the streets leafletting, instead of in their offices counting money. It's crunch time.
Due to the skyrocketing of fossil fuels, the interest of this forum has noticeably shifted from the PhUV to alternative vehicles that are more relevant to the current global fuel and economic predicaments.
The main issue and predominant criterion for OPVs has become ECONOMY, with styling taking a back seat. Alternative propulsion, fuel economy and optimization of the power- to-weight ratio -- these are the main challenges for automotive design today. Just to make it official here.

*kitsons,
Passenger (and pedestrian) safety has always been a priority in our design approach.![]()
Dprox, Ehnrico and team, glad to have met you all last weekend.
I shall assume the alias miguelmalvar, in honor of the last bad ass Philippine general to surrender during the Phil-Am war, and the unrecognized 2nd President of the Philippines.
whom do i share my thoughts on the parts that i will be contributing to in the project?
Tidbit: His full name is actually Miguel Malvar y Carpio.![]()
*MM,
Same here. Perhaps dprox, as mod, can pm you the specifics. Am looking forward to your inputs.
Its been One Year and Six Months since this project was conceived.
Ano na nangyari sa PHUV prototype niyo?
Hey, look who's interested in our little project!
Hein, if you have not been apprised of our progress throughout the past few months, do you honestly think you will given the information now???
Although we have been providing hints and even graphics of the design in this forum, haven't you noticed we have not released any full specs or BOM in the public? However other tsikoteers (and non-tsikoteers) we have been consulting certainly are well aware of where we are this point and what we have been through, both the ups and the downs. All I can say that it has been both frustrating and exciting at the same time.
There is simply no point in inviting destructive naysayers and ruining our fun, is there?
HEHEHE! Nice one architect!
Hein is very much interested!
I'll pm you hein...joke!![]()
atleast we already have our product consultant around![]()
Damn, son! Where'd you find this?
Sensitive? Hehe. The folly of a pompous middle-aged introvert is his self-indulgence into deluding himself into believing other folks would actually spend serious emotion on his personality.
But of course, you may continue asking, just as you may continue talking to a wall. But don't expect pertinent answers from us. Rather, be content with the echo you hear.
After all, you have done well to leave us to do what we enjoy doing as we have in return left you to your (un)merry ways of nitpicking perceived negative points of whatever you happen to indulge yourself in. I would suggest you hold the peace.![]()
