From the measured sound pressure a frequency response function/transfer function (frequency spectrum) is obtained. The FRF from the different points is processed through a modal analysis software where the eigen-frequencies, eigen-modes and modeshapes are obtained and also an animation can be made of the acoustical pressure inside the cabin. And for further work, make a FE-model and compare it with the experimental model.

(Korek me if I'm wrong, ha knight23?)

hehe, salamat dprox. that's a pretty good explanation. and also the cabin is considered a workspace, kaya for the comfort, better productivity and less fatigue for the employee/driver.

The gist of the matter is 'resonant frequencies' and 'sound pressure'.

There are certain sounds na kahit di mo napapansin ay naririnig mo at naiirita ka sa sound na yun.

Parang lamok buzz in a silent place... pansin mo and inis ka.

But lamok buzz in a sports stadium, di mo pansin, pero naririnig mo pa rin, and for some reason, naiirita ka.

But then again, it could be naiirita ka kasi si Lucius masyadong malikot sa seat behind you. Wehehehehe...
