September 22nd, 2009 01:29 AM #15Ironic that a "simply solution" would require such a huge and complex setup. It actually be more efficient to use the wind turbine to charge batteries of electric cars and light up homes than to be used to generate hydrogen (via electrolysis) to be used in ICE or expensive & commercially unproven fuel-cell cars.
The test project ended in 2008.
