Sir Wildthing, base on your opinion. Can we use the existing chassis that we normally used in Owner Type Jeep? I can see your point sir, Wombat is the nearest upgrade for OTJ. How about our own original design? Is there any here can sketch original New Generation of Owner Type Jeep.

I think hindi uubra ang regular chasis available in the market for FWD engine UNLESS you modify it. FWD engine is a bit wider because of the tranny .... unless you'll be using the front cut or donor na smaller displacement engines - like daihatsu charade, kia pride, EP80/90 or the newer toyota starlet.

si Oyil and Ehnriko ang ilan sa mga productive designers natin...let's wait baka merun pa silang maidagdag.

regarding new gen OTJ upgrade... I made some design exercises ove rhte weekend and here's what I came up with.

I call it FUTURE X concepts... in different variants...

    1. The Pick Up Speedster...

    2. The Liftback top that can be attached to the pickup model.

    3. The station wagon variant

    Future X concept:

SUV variant based on OTJ platform or chassis... Rear wheel drive, LED lamps all over... (made in China...) wala lang.... design exercise lang ito, not really for serious PInoy production. Just exploring where the imagination can take us.

wide body look is good... even the pick-up converted hatch back version.

Yung SUV version, paano ang rear door - double door ba?
