Hmmm, that is a very good question.

One thing I can think of is price. Looking at the components used, if we use a China-made F6A, we should be able to sell ours at a price way below the P350K price of new mini-cars.

BTW, the group is looking for more "angel funders." We already have pledges for the first two prototypes. The molds we are making can be used to build ten prototypes.

Hehe. I know what you mean. Well, having a physical platform often helps a lot in restraining the artistic mind from producing unrealistic designs.

Can't wait to see what you will produce.

tutal merun ng target engine (F6A) may be we should get/use the full specs nito para pagnagdesign ay shoot na agad... minimal revisions na.

i find the Daihatsu Copen a good simple sportscar design na pang student (2 seater lang) ... nookie and pogi points while in college.

Introducing a kei based sports car first then the other kei variants later (regular car, van, truck) has its pros:

    - An eye-catching 2-seat sports car will have a halo effect on the rest of the line up because it has a nicer shape and proportions.

    - There are no competition locally in the small and affordable sports car category.

    - A low volume manufacturing approach (built to order like the Morgan or by batches) can be done for sports cars and has low start-up cost.

We won't be using the doors, fenders, hood, bumpers, lights, glass, etc.

I would suggest you get in touch with jing if you want to use the same space frame. Of course, you are welcome (actually encouraged) to design your own. If you chose this approach, try to consider using as many of the modular components we have designed.
then it would be good if we can have the 3d of the spaceframe.
