It is always so much easier to ask someone else to build/finance one, ain't it?

    Your point sir?

for your info, IMHO, Im not asking you.

    Im not asking him either.

In fact, "gawa ka yan" means Im just suggesting.

Besides, he can easily ignore or dismiss my post. He definitely has no obligation whatsoever. Or he can just say no. No one including me is forcing bar to do it.

    I hope you understand that.

Anyway, nice to see new photos of three wheelers in this thread.

    Something to stir the imagination.

    From NewZealand... The Hawk!

Powered by a Honda RC51 V-twin 999cc engine, with a redline of 10,000rpm, 120RWhp and a theoretical top speed of 233 kilometers per hour. Wearing three 19inch lightweight alloy wheels equiped with twin rear and front disc brakes, you wont have any problems stopping in a hurry.
Fiberglass outer shell and alloy chassis give you the aerodynamics needed to acheive the level of performance you expect from a roadbike, with the comfort of a car. The interior is a combination of moulded plastic and leather trim, with digital dials giving you the vital information about your vehicle.

Nice but since it's a single seater, doesn't it defeat the practicality of a three wheeler?

Well... considering that Pinoys are Great Imitators... they can EASILY Copy this and add 2 more seats... perhaps even a Backride.

Just last night, I saw a Tricycle carrying a payload of Vegetables, Meat and about 5 teenagers all clinging wherever possible. The cargo was much bigger than a Jeep and this small Tricycle could barely run across Quirino... Hell, they even almost flipped passing through the railroad track - but quickly enough, all the teen thugs dismounted and supported this abominable thing to prevent it from turning belly up - it was really funny.

Most new car designs are actually becoming more like insects...

Adopted from insects are Exoskeletons... a term now more often used for concept cars... one example - the SMART Car - originally made by Swatch in partner with Mercedes Benz.

Just have a closer look at the modern motorbikes - check out the headlamps... even Honda Jazz - looking more like a Bug... Of course - Crustaceans are distant relatives of Insects - they also have exoskeletons.

The design is merely a concept - if it actually becomes a production model, the bubble glass top will be disected into about 4 panels - for manufacturability, safety, practicality and maintenance reasons.

The filipino market is not ready for a three wheel car. They would rather buy a used car for the same money of a new 3-wheel car.
