Sumabog Aircon ko!

kasi po nung nagpaayos ako ng aircon hindi naman ginalaw yung
compressor eh, kasi ok naman sya, talagang barado/madumi ung
drier at valve ko.

hindi ko sure kung sa fittings, pero meron ako nakitang oil dun sa
parts ng compressor sa baba, tumagas ata sya dun.

pinagawa mo pala, ibalik mo..

nga pala,4got to mention: kaya di gumana a/c mo pagkasabog, baka may pressure switch pa a/c system mo...safety un..

pwede na din ung weak na ungflaring..most likely sa dugtungan yan..may oil na nagccirculate kasama ng freon....pag pumutok, saan madaming oil, dun ang area of responsibility...

meron po yung pressure switch nya nakakabit sa low side
pero kakacheck ko lang ulet ngayon parang merong nakabarang
goma dun sa roller ng compressor eh hindi naman dating meron ganun dun.

nakarma ako nito
piangyayabang ko sa gf ko malamig na kotse hehehe
after sometime sumabog hahaha napasigaw pa sya.

hindi man lang pinaabot ng kalahating araw eh

nag hi-high pressure na pala un hi side mo then ignore nyo i2 kaya un malamang ang cause sumabog ang discharge line ng ac mo. most probably barado ang condenser kaya nag high pressure

malaking perwisyo iyun nangyrari sa iyo, i'm sure na traumatized ka at girlfriend mo sa pangyayari... ibalik mo at ireklamo mo, insist mo na palitan nila iyun nasira at whag mo babayaran iyan gagawin at papalitan nila dahil underwarranty pa iyan since sinabi mo kagagawa lang iyan aircon mo...

whag ka papayag ng repair or hinang lamang... insist mo na palitan ang mga nasira...

i hope you still have the official invoice with you detailing on the work done on your aircon...

sana pala nag vent lang un high pressure releif valve ng comp so wala gaano damage

low - 40 psi
high - 350 psi

350 psi for the high side is way much over the required pressure of 150 - 160 Masyadong mataas yata yan, could be your condenser fan failed and your pressure switch was probably disabled or bypassed kaya di nag cut off ang compressor mo.

I am having the same problem right now. My van stopped cooling and I have it a complete checkup. Flushed my system, replaced the expansion valves 2 kasi front and rear aircons, replaced drier/filter. Then recharged the system and ok na, malamig na. Test drive it, nawala lamig. Compressor stopped and when we checked the high side pressure wow, 300+. Reason,, condenser fan is not working. I am having it replaced today. Hopefully, everything will be allright again.:icecream:
