better have the air con clean annually yun sira ang compressor or cooling coil can be pre determined pag check the pressure of your freon yun cooling coil numinipis sa katagalan ng gamit there are instance that ngkataon lang malalaman butas yun coil pag nalinisan but parating na yun dun matter of time lang and if you maintain one particular product kahit di air con mas tumatagal siya even out body needs maitainance

    Sir,

In 2-3 years na annual cleaning niyo mukhang makakabili na kayo ng brandnew na evaporator.
haha oo nga eh, pero i still have it cleaned annually, this way ma-schedule ko talaga within the month of that annual cleaning kapag free ako. unlike kasi before na iniintay ko lang magkaproblema eh nakakasagabal sa work plus need ko pagtiyagaan yung init until i have a free time to have it fixed. so for me i just want to have that peace of mind hehe

    FYI

Aircon of car doesn't need a yearly cleaning ... but if your rich enough if couldn't be that bad

Aircon cleaning usually cost about 1200 depending on what car and depending on which parts are needed to be replace

for instance basic car model ... usually cost 400- 450 dryer, 700 - 1200 for the expansion valve ( usually honda cars has higher expansion valve since it is lighter type )

for freon this ranges from 600 - 650 for single aircon meaning the aircon is in the front
dual aircon car like fx, revo which has aircon both front and rear costs around 1200 - 1300

for cleaning dual cars usually more expensive about 2800 php this is for general cleaning ... * gen cleaning is removing all parts or aircon, flushing, cleaning and replacing ofr dryer, o ring the works .... usually costs about 5000+

for those you want to know how to know when your compressor is broken ... usually check ninyo kung sound ng compressor .. yung iba bearing lang ang sira ... which you can hear it
