Oo nga mukhang mahirap mag open ng mga engine block plugs. Baka may mga special seals pa yan na dapat palitan kung e open sya.

Depends on the vehicle and location of the plug. It may be hard on cars with cramped engine bays and low ground clearance. No special seals necessary, teflon tape or silicon sealant will do, it's what I used on my truck.
