    Ano po ba ang silbi ng foam sa ilalim ng radiator ng diesel Revo?

    Napadaan kasi ako sa baha kahapon and napansin ko ng umuwi ako ay medyo natanggal yung ibang part ng foam sa pagkakadikit and naka-hang na siya so tinanggal ko na siya totally kanina kasi kailangan kong gamitin yung sasakyan and masagwang tingnan kung may nakausling foam sa harap. Also, I did not see any vital function for this foam kaya tinanggal ko na rin siya.

    I am thinking kung kailangan ko pa siyang ibalik kasi baka okay lang naman na walang foam.

    Need your advice.

    It just dampens vibrations and rattles. You can take it off. Just put some on if you notice rattles or vibrations.

    hmmmm AFAIK support yang foam na yan. hindi naman umaalog yung radiator mo??? pag may narinig kang kalampag when ur using your vehicle better replace the foam and check ur radiator if its fastened firmly sa radiator posts.

    On Pajeros it is used to dampen vibrations between the fanshorud and radiator body.

    aha! hehe yun pala gamit nun! I've asked the casaa before. And all I got was, "para malamig ang hangin na makuha". sheesh. teka, baka naman tama yung sabi nila?

    hehe ano yun, meron cooling properties yung foam nila? afaik, pang reduce lang ng vibration yung foam.
