I recently had my A/C serviced at Frigid Zone. Total cost was P5.2k and includes the following (as I recall them):
Removal and cleaning of evaporator and condenser
New R134a refrigerant
New dryer (replacement)
New expansion valve (OEM)
My evaporator blower is also showing signs of wear as it no longer moves air as powerful as it used to. This is confirmed when I asked Frigid Zone to test a brand new blower for comparison. But then I decided to delay the blower replacement (costs 6.5k) and just continue using the old blower until it dies.

Sorry bro. I'm not around those parts. I can only recommend Frigid Zone as I've already tried them. They have several branches in QC.
In Laguna, you can check out Autobisyo (https://www.facebook.com/autobisyo). It's the only shop I know in the south that I trust.
