we use to own a compressor... yung usual light duty.. sinasaksak sa 12V... as most of u probably use.. but.. one time... i had a total flat on my pajero(nahirapan yata since malaki volume ng hangin ng gulong ko).. and.. medyo matagal tlga.. bago tumayo yung gulong.. so... nasunog yung electricals... then.. bumili ako... uli ng bago... also light duty 12V... then... mas bolok pa yata nabili ko.. i bought it from duty free... 2 23psi yung gulong... and i brought it up to 30... 2 tires palang ginagawa ko.. and.. pinahinga ko naman after the 1st tire to the 2nd.. pero nasira parin.. y is that? meron bang brand na hard to break sa ganito? or... baka meron ba nabibili yung tipong lata ng co2 na maliit.. parang sa airguns and.. pwede lagyan ng hangin? tutal may malaking compressor naman kami sa office ng dad ko.. so we can refill... meron ako nakita cans maliliit.. kaya lang mukhang expensive eh.. btw.. refillable ba cans? tnx

from experience, these "miniature" compressors last longer when allowed to cool off after about 5-mins of continuous running...... small pump, high pressure but low volume.....overheats easily.....

i'm using a mini compressor like that and medyo matagal na din sa akin i use it almost every week specially pag nag bobomba ako ng bike and pag malambot tires ng gulong ko. according to the manual, do not use it continuously for more than 30 mins kasi nga umiinit. i suggest na every 5 mins pahingahin mo muna para di masunog. yung akin up to 60psi kaya nya.

yeh...napatiempo ka lang sa lemon. Tig P600 lang ung binili ko....I inflated my wheels to 36psi nakaya naman. I would suggest jacking up the wheels when you air it. Medyo mas hindi hirap yung compressor kasi walang additional weight pressure sa kanya. (this is what I do ... kahit manual).

Another thing, kung gusto mo ng cheaper and hindi na susunog....just get a bike pump tig P100 lang. Pag nakajack ang gulong madali lang magpump kahit na pang pajero/patrol ang gulong. Naexercise ka pa!

masyado maliit ang foot pump go for the standard one. Pagpagod ka na kasi ung foot pump tumitikwas, whereas the standard one nakatapak ka sa base nito so in-control ka pa rin. it usually takes 120-150 pumps to get to the right pressure...pawis ka talaga!

i just bought one of those air compressors you buy in the malls. and I was wondering too if you can buy a good mini compressor locally. Raon? Binondo? any ideas guys? or will i have to settle for the expensive and imported ones?

i was in raon today because i was looking for an inverter (?) so i can use the air compressor that i bought inside the house. pero mahal. di ko naisip tumingin ng maliit ng good compressor. init kasi at nagmamadali pa ako.

btw, lots of cool stuff in raon. particularly, i like looking at the cheap tools. a socket wrench set for P300!! wow. im not a hardcore mechanic but these things i think i can use hehehe
