your high side (discharge) plays around 150-175 psi under philippine ambient temperatures. if you are using R134a, this pressure is normal and of course the compressor gets hot as the pressures rise so does the temperature. the suction side port of the compressor should be cool to the touch. at 90 psig on the discharge, possibilities are: low in charge(caused by a leak) or the compressor is worn out. have the system topped off first as a less expensive alternative to knowing if the compressor is going south
