actually you cant easily see that sa trans kung bago lang ang leak (water is heavier than oil)

Ideally yes, in a static environment.
But inside an automatic gearbox where ATF is constantly being sucked by the transmission oil pump and agitated by the torque converter, even a small percentage of water will create milky foam.
Even if the gearbox is a P, as long as the engine is running, ATF is being circulated and pressurized (to a certain degree) by the trannny oil pump thru out the gearbox.

Gasket replacement, but as a precautionary measure, it would be wise to have your cylinder head pressure tested (for cracks), and tested for flatness (to check on warping), valve seals replaced, seats checked, etc. etc.
Now is also the time to determine the condition of your pistons, rings, cylinder walls (for wear/ridge), piston clearance (slap) etc.
These are just my assumptions. One will never know the extent of the job until the engine is opened.
