    recently ako nag post about dun sa odor issue.. nyway ayaw po gumana nung blower,fan nung AC yata..
    tried switch 1-4 meron naman nafefeel na cold breeze or feeling coming from the vents pero the fan isnt working yata.. there was one time parang tunong fan belt na maluwag tunong nung fan and somewhat nahihirapan ata umikot.. is there a way DIY mode? or on video sana..
    its a civic EK po..

    using a multimeter (set to 20V):

    backprobe on the fan connection (i.e. - connected to nearby ground & + to the motor connection). if you see 12V, wiring is good.motor is bad and could be due to worn out brushes. well that depends on the switch location (negative or positive grounding). you see 12V fulltime on ground side switches. you may hotwire from the battery positive to the motor. if it spins, wiring is bad.
    another thing to for is the resistor block located at the air stream downstream of the blower. if the fan burns out, there's a possibility that this resistor block is also burnt as this part dissipates a lot of heat that's why it is located at the airstream in the blower assy.
    for sealed motors, go for a good replacement or surplus part.

    be ready to get sleepy under the dash...hehe

    tnx sa info.. i got it fixed na po.. may pinalitan lng ung mechanic na parang fuse na malapit dun sa battery..

    oo nga no. di ko naisip yung simpleng fuse...but if the fuse blows again, there is a problem somewhere on the wirings.

fan/blower not working, how to fix it?
