    Your LiteAce probably is a surplus Japan as no LiteAce with 2C Turbo was issued here in the PI by Toyota. Anyway, cars usually meant for countries with snow usually has "thinner" radiator than cars issued for tropical countries. So in essence, your liteace is being "undercooled" more especially since it is turbo - charged as heat transfer between your radiator and engine is inadequate. One remedy you can do is to swap in a 3-4 row radiator to your liteace

    Tama ka Sir (i agree) yung lite ace nga nya is Japan design for cold countries sigurado din ako na maliit ang capacity nung radiator nya (2 rows lang cguro at maliliit pa yung butas) im sure 100K km na yan tangalan mo na rin ng thermostat at palit ka ng radiator yung Evercool para tropical design. coolant 50% and Distilled/purified Water not mineral 50%. that will solve your problem.

    Just don't use tap water. dami minerals at other metallic ions from the pipeline na kasama. Buy a gallon of distilled water and mix the recommended coolant for your unit following. then yun ilagay mo sa cooling system.

    Just swap in a bigger radiator but do not remove the thermostat. Replace it with a new OEM if defective....

    ^^^imho, ang thermostat pangcontrol ng coolant flow sa engine block (water jacket) at sa radiator to maintain optimum temperature ng engine.

    Not advisable to remove and / or irekta din ang fan.

    Tinry ko sa civic ko yan, pero parang hirap makina dahil malamig pati oils niya. Hihihi.

    Guys ask ko lang, naglagay ako ng coolant sa reservoir kaso may natapon kc un funnel (coke sakto) malaki pa un butas nya. Natapunan konti un ilalim May affected kaya na area sa engine pag ganun?

    If papalitan un coolant, db drain lang un sa reservoir? Pati ba un sa radiator matanggal din? How is the proper procedure? I'll be using toyota super long lofe coolant (pink) pre mix. Ndi naman ako un magpapalit but gusto ko lang malaman anu tama procedure. Need parin ba lagyan ng tubig un radiator after idrain un coolant sa reservoir? Or un coolant lang since pre mix naman sya 50/50. Thanks

    Ang proper procedure nyan kailangan po matanggal lahat ng contaminants sa loob by flushing.meron nabibili na radiAtor flush na hinahalo.tatangalin m un thermostat para maganda ang flow then i idle m sasakyan ng 30-40 min tapos idrain m sa may petcock sa ilalim na gilid ng radiator.gawin ito ng ilang beses hangang mag clear yun tubig.distilled water gamitin hindi yun tap water kasi meron din particles yun.tapos ibalik ang thermostat,iclose ang petcock drain valve at magrefill na ng coolant.paandarin m makina para maiburp nya un hangin sa loob.this time make sure to check temp gauge kun sakaling mag overheat.kasi wala pa laman n coolant sa may block pag hindi pa nag oopen yung thermostat.pwede m siya idrive at palamigin ulit makina bago icheck yun level.pati reservoir dapat lagyan m rin hangang sa max level lang para my space for heat expansion

    Ang nakakasira ng radiator ay pag tubig lang ag ilalagay.tignan m yung takuri pag laging pinapakuluan ng tubig meron naiiwan residue sa loob.at pag tubig kakalawangin yan.at sa thermostat naman importante din po yun para mas madali mag warm up at mamaintain yung operating temp ng makina.hindi kasi ok pag malamig makina.mas aaksaya ng gas at mas hihina performance.yun parang cold start lang sa umaga.xempre nakakatulong din yun lalo na sa manga nagmamadali.pag wala kasi thermostat tuloy tuloy na ang daloy ng coolant kya parating malamig makina.mahirap nya kunin yung operating temp.palitan nalang po kung sira na.at pwede m din linisan radiator fins bombahan m ng tubig.pag clogged kasi yan ng bugs,dirt,leaves etc.hindi natatangay ng hangin yung init.
