go with Denso.. subok na malamig ito compared sa sanden.. mas mura sanden kesa sa denso.. check some models of toyota, most hi-end variants use denso..

we have 2 revos:
sa revo GL diesel, sanden aircon: malamig naman kahit sobrang init sa labas

sa revo GSX 2.0 gas, denso aircon: mas malamig ang aircon, itapat mo kamay mo sa aircon vent at talagang malamig, nagmo-moist windshield ko pag naka-stop kahit tanghaling tapat na sobrang init, mas mabilis lumamig sa loob..

Alala ko before, nabadtrip ako... Just a few weeks before I got to know you and Mike, nagpapalit ako ng compressor (converted to R12) dun sa red na rolla ko, I had to change to a new comp coz 2 surplus and 1 repair/overhaul didn't fix the prob... Spent around 20K nadin combined... Then I found out may promo kayo sa full A/C ng Corolla dahil lumabas na Altis nun...

PM ko sa iyo price Veed. I have 5 units left. What happened kasi, Toyota Alabang taxi made a special order of 45 units aircon kit to re-aircon their old Corolla taxis. Nakakatawa nga kasi ang lamig ng aircon pero luma yung taxi.

sorry to bring an old thread up... Any feedback on certified reconditioned Denso compressors? Do they last as long as the brand new compressors? Do they cool like new compressors, not "hilaw"? Reconditioned compressors are priced half compared to brand new..

denso yung sa sportivo ko e....kaya pala sinabing hi class yung aircon ng sportivo kasi sabi nga ng mga expert dito e...hi quality ang denso....at isa ako sa magpapa tutuo...kasi 5 years na sa akin sportivo ko pero ni minsan di pa ako pinahiya ng aircon ko sa mga pasahero ko,hehehe...pero mga expert,gaano ba kadalas magpa linis ng airconditioning system?di ko pa kasi napalinisan yung sa akin e...may odo is 72K kms....

Usually every year dapat magpalinis ng entire cooling system. Hindi lang for prevention ng pagkabutas ng evaporator coil at condenser (madali masira mga ito pag barado ng dumi), para din malagyan ng panibagong refrigerant at malangisan ng panibago ang compressor (ito ay importante, pag naubusan ng lubricant...masisira sya beyond repair).

Kung bihira gamitin ang sasakyan (dahil papalit palit ng kotse sa garahe), kelangan pa din linisin ang aircon system, mga every 2 years pwede na.

thanks sa tip bro civic,kelangan pala palinisan ko na yung cooling system ng aircon ko...nagiisa lang ang 4 wheels ko,pero bihira nga magamit kasi nagagamit lang pag akoy nauwi galing sa barko...

Usually for small cars ang singilan sa linis P1,500 kasama na ang refrigerant. Pero kung AUV na dual system (dalawa ang evaporator coil), mas mahal...mga P2,500 plus.

may mga natanungan ako shop pag magagandang shop di sila nag-ooverhaul ng compressor specially denso, pag mga pipitsugin na shop sasabihin ok na pag naoverhaul,,
para sa akin bili ka na lang surplus kesa pabaklas mo yan..

denso mas mataas quality, but check po nyo na original japan makukuha nyo,, kasi yung mga brandnew na nalabas ngayon may mga china made kso madali masira..

Last PMS checkup of my altis 2003 1.6J sa casa, may wiggle na daw yung a/c compressor. Sanden yung brand. According sa service advisor cause is wear and tear sa bearing. Para makatipid, I'm thinking of having it repaired. Do you think it's advisable or bago talaga dapat? May replacement ba na mas mura pero durable as original?

may nabibiling pulley set yan with new bearing and magnetic coil around 3k ang parts, kung okey pa yung mismong pinaglalagyan ng bearing puwede pa yan, 12k yata ang isang buong compressor...

May tao pba dito, ask ko lng po nissan frontier po akin 99 model, 2nd owner n po ako, nbili ko po ito 2008 pa, pansin ko lng po na pag nka stand still e mahina aircon at hindi n nag automatic off lalo pag mainit panahon kahit tumtakbo medyo mahina lamig at di automatic off, pero pag malamig panahon e ok nman po, ano po possible sira, cleaning lang po b and add ng freon, how much na po ngayon ang ac cleaning,, maraming salamat po..
