kaninang umaga, napansin ko na paglagay ko ng coolant/water sa reservoir ko, ang lakas ng tagas sa ilalim. i assume may butas.
questions:
a. may mga replacement parts ba na reservoir na pwedeng gamitin? car is lancer 2k. mga magkano ang price nya? saan nakakabili?
b. kung oem lang, magkano din yung cost?
thanks.

bro, mabilis lang alisin yan, so tingnan mo muna at parang mahirap mabutas yan dahil made of hard plastic yan and kung coolant/water lang nilalagay di mabubutas ng basta-basta...baka yun hose ng papuntang radiator ang sira or yun clamp niya?

common problem ng water reservoir sa katagalan ay cracks due to it is made of plastic and plastic when used for longer period of time it will become brittle. Gamitan mo nalang ng PIONEER EPOXY for plastic application 2 types kasi ang epoxy for steel and plastic, choose the plastic one.
tatagal din ang epoxy kasi ginamit ko na yan sa water reservoir and up to now okay pa. about 2yrs na yun.

Oh no! Its good but not that good, what your doing it's just a quick fix. Like he said (1DL4V) that plastic reservoir became brittle in time and putting an epoxy is not a good idea since the life span of that plastic are now up to the integrity limit. Change it to a new one before it give's you more headache.

medyo OT question pero re:coolant reservior. every 2 days of using the car then check yung tank, ubos yung water. ano po kaya problem nito? yung coolant naman sa radiator di naman nabawasa...sigh.
