you must go first to the recommended aircon shops here like Ceejay's. But you may also try rogelio marketing at evangelista. Been there and had my aircon fixed. Changed my evaporator with new one from Malaysia and also changed the "rubber tubing". Not very cheap but satisfied with the result. My AC is really cold now.
