Mga sirs, I just shared my experience lang naman. The guy willingly returned the money with no arguments required. Sure, I was inconvenienced & it cost me time & gasoline too. What was important is he made amends, hindi na nagpalusot. Lahat naman ng repair shops (even casas) may pumapalpak.

I'm not defending the guy, because I wouldn't go back there either. Pero if he can't improve the quality of his work, at least he has the decency na hindi manloko. Sana yung ibang hindi nasiyahan sa trabaho niya, makakuha rin ng refund.

Yun lang po. No offense meant. Peace po tayo.

agree... nagpaayos na rin ako kay mang mario. ok naman at walang problema. nataon lang nga siguro na di kayo nasiyahan. just take it as an experience...

siguro nga nasa trabahador na lang nya yun kung bakit sumasablay trabaho...maybe you could address that to him. ;)

Yung akala kong squeaky compressor is my fan belt pala, I had it replaced along with the alternator belt and wala ng squeak.

once lang ako nagpunta kay mang mario, that was 3 years ago pero oks pa naman ang aircon ng ride namin, madami na nga kaming na refer sa kanya na ibang tao, oks naman din, baka medyo may hindi sya alam sa ibang sasakyan. . .

galing talaga ni mang mario! yun nirepair niya sa akin na butas sa cooling coil ko umabot na ng 1 year hindi pa rin sira! imagine how much i was able to save! i was about to replace it na but his son told me na pwede pa i-repair. hanggang ngayon ayos pa!
