    Mga Sirs,
Need help sa CRV 03, laging nagle-leak sa discharge hose (bumibigay yung fitting, minsan yung o-ring). Sabi ng tech, nag ha high pressure daw kaya bumibigay ang hose, masyado nag-iinit yung high side. Nung sinukat pressure, nasa 210psig. Ano kaya problem nito? may bara sa condenser o expansion valve? napalitan na drier, ganun pa rin. Napa cleaning na rin yung evap at wala naman leak evap.

    Thanks in advance.

Bro, if that's the case then that two remaining item na lang tlaga suspect. Pero mas prone to blockage ang expansion valve compare to Condenser.

there must be a defect in the hose fitting or the o ring groove. maybe some corrosion. the 210 psig at the discharge side is a little bit too high for the philippine ambient temperature. the 210 psig translates to 133.8 degrees fahrenheit. if the pressure were too high, the safety relief valve will bleed off excess pressure or the high pressure switch will disengage the clutch or in older compressors, blow the fusible plug. the refrigerant might be contaminated or the system has non condensible gases that was introduced during service of the airconditioning

drain your compressor oil and replace with new PAG 100, change your o rings where they are leaking as with other disturbed o rings, change your receiver/dryer and charge with fresh R134a refrigerant

when you change the oil, you have to remove the compressor from its mounting and off the car. as you recover the refrigerant to empty the system, some of the oil mixed with the refrigerant goes with it. the remainder stays in the compressor. that's the one you drain as liquid. do not use capella (mineral oil) with R134a. yes, the shops in manila will insist it works. for lack of education and training, they will even tell you their story that they have been doing aircon since dagohoy revolted. bear in mind, R134a only came to the market in 1994 or 1995 in some areas.

baka walang bracket yung hose at dahil sa pressure and vibrations bumibigay yung fittings. marami pa nga yata gumagamit ng mineral oil samantalang madami naman available na PAG OIL (ND8 for denso and SP10 for sanden).
