Aircon problem

guys,

patulong naman, have been 2 AC shops na already and sumisingaw pa rin yung freon from my AC system. Binaba na yung evaporator, compressor, checked na rin yung condenser and AC line, wala namang makitang butas.
Pati yung low pressure hose tiningnan na rin wala naman. The last AC shop i went to napansin yung joint ng high pressure hose may play so we had the joint replaced and re-crimped pero after 2 days bawas na naman yung freon. Any ideas kung saan pa pwede
magkabutas at sumisingaw yung freon ?

I seem to notice you left out the dryer system, did they check on that part too? Baka po sa loob ng dashboard din ang leak, if this is the case you should be able to smell something inside cabin.

ganyan din akin noon nacheck na lahat nilubog sa tubig bawat piyesa. bandang huli inisip namin na baka mga hose. pinalitan ko lahat ng hose pati copper tubing. ayun! 2 yrs na malamig pa rin.

yung mga hose kasi nag leak pero maliliit lang. pag masyado mataas ang pressure ng freon na nilalagay.

the first shop na pinuntahan ko pinalitan yung drier kesyo barado na raw, pero after i went to the 2nd shop tingin ko wala namang problema dun sa drier, may leak lang talaga somewhere. Im inclined to change the low and high pressure hoses kaya lang baka di rin dun ang leak sayang naman yung pakarga ng freon. Anybody knows a reputable A/C shop in Manila or Makati area. Gusto ko na nga ilubog sa dagat yung oto para makita na talaga saan yung leak eh...

na-check din ba ang compressor? Nagkaka-leak din siya sa shaft ng clutch/pulley. Mahirap mapansin ang leak not unless kung ilulubog sa tubig ang compressor.

yup binaba yung compressor and nilubog sa tubig, no leaks same as with the evaporator. sa 2 shop na pinuntahan ko ganon pareho yung ginawa walang leak
sa parehong parts. yung mga tubings tuyo naman lahat, we even exposed yung mga parts of the tubings na may balot just to check kung may leak don. siguro nga sa hoses.

yung sa akin nag leak sa expansion valve galing... pero kung napalitan na rin yung expansion valve mo.. malamang sa hose na yan.. kasi base on your statement na check na lahat..

Check your rubber hoses as well as the hard lines.

Tower of David has branches in Manila and Makati areas, though I don't guarantee that their work is near as perfect as you would expect.

may magaling na a/c shop sa Banawe. 2 auto namin na dinala ko dun and very satisfied ako sa service nila if you want try mo ito. Tabi sya ni Intense dude. If your coming from QA nasa left side sya diba. Yun yung unang shop dun sa hilera ni Intense. Aga pa lang dami na tao kaya agahan mo. Di sila mukhang pera pare and pulido pa gawa.

As per my friendly A/C repair shop, tell tale signs of freon leaks is an oily release in the point were it leak....try to check kung meron ganun....if not, its probably not a leak problem and could be something else.

Reason: The freon have some sort of oil in it.

wala ba silang freon detector? yung electronic sniffer na may collection tube sa dulo tapos natunog na "tit- tit- tit -tit" tapos pag may naamoy sya na freon magiging "tuuuuuuuut" yun tunog nya? wala sila nun? low tech lang yun ah.

yung nga problem no oily leaks along the A/C line, even sa mga joints and nuts. Possible nga di rin leak ang problem kasi if it is mauubos yung freon but it doesnt ,pagmarami lang freon don mababawasan at hilaw na yung lamig.
