My 1996 Civic Vti developed a leak in the upper part of the radiator. I was told that some shops do conversions and replace the plastic top of the radiator to a metal one. However, I plan to replace it with an OEM surplus na lang instead of having it repaired. I'm just curious if the radiator of the 1999-2000 Civics is better (metal top?) and if it would fit my ride. Hope you can share some info regarding this. TY.

September 12th, 2005 06:20 PM #4Evercool comes highly recommended (as aforementioned). If you want to repair your stock radiator, Denso makes parts to replace the broken portions.

September 15th, 2005 09:40 AM #7repairing won't last as long. plus it will look ugly with all the welds and metal epoxy pa nga sometimes. go for either evercool or oe surplus imo.
