windshield washer hose mount

hi! does anyone know where i can get a replacement mount where the hoses of the windshield washer comes together? nabali kasi yung kabitan nung original washer mount ko for both driver and passenger side na washer. kaya ngayon naka direcho lang sa driver side ang hose kaya yung sa passenger side walang tubig na lalabas when i activate the washer.

i've inquired in several auto shops near my area but to no avail.

Try pet shops where they sell fish and fish tank supplies. They have a plastic "T" hose connector that will work.
