    Kung sa windshield wipers galing,
Baka dagta ng puno na natulo sa wind shield and nahagod lang ng wipers, then natuyo.

Or kanin na napahid sa windshield, then natuyo.

Before getting your glass replaced try cleaning first with a solution of 50% strength solution of isopropyl alcohol. Soak the area with the solution using a spray bottle, let it sit for a minute to give the solvent time to work, then try wiping off. If that doesn't work, you can move to a dedicated chemical glass cleaner - I've used Mothers California Gold Water Spot Remover to great effect, removing two-year old waterspots from my hand-me-down company leased car. There are also acid-based cleaners such as Elevo which will be a bit stronger, though you need to exercise more care in using these (gloves, at minimum, better with eye and breathing protection).
