Galing ako sa banawe minsan i found out meron palang Class A tsaka yung mga "EGR" malaki diff sa price, yung Class A Php950 pinakamurang nakita ko tapos yung EGR Php1900!

handy din may visor, pero looks can be subjective.
why handy for me:
1. pag parking in a hot sun, pwede mong buksan ng onti windows mo para di searing hot inside..

sa akin aside from what always_yummy stated:
a) pag patay ang aircon specially during december to february na malamig ang panahon, bukas ng one inch ang windows, fresh air. lessens the drag.
b) i can smoke inside the car even if it is raining.
c) looks-wise, mas nagmukhang malapad ng onti yung car.

Don't buy el cheapo ones. They turn violet, they crack, the adhesive doesn't hold very well. When EGR visors fade, they usually just turn into a lighter shade instead of turning into eggplants. Yung el cheapo visor nung Vitara lumipad habang tumatakbo sa NLEX.
Before you bring in your vehicle for installation, make sure you clean the mounting surface thoroughly. Some shops will just wipe it down. Kung painted surface I usually use rubbing compound and then some wax.
The device does have it's practical uses. But I wouldn't put one on my rig. Depending on the shape of your doors (mine are flat as a pancake), when you open a visor-equipped door against a wall, the visor can be the first part of the door to hit the wall (ouch). I also don't like stick on acrylic products. Period. hehehe.
Btw, the office of EGR is just near UST. Sa P. Florentino nga ba? Liftruk enterprises.

I think the visors can be acquired from the dealer, no? Both my dad's Civic and Jazz visors were from the dealer. The visors should be long enough to cover maybe a 1 inch gap in the window and still be flat enough to be unobstructive, and of course will not just fall of anytime.
Pag nagpapa carwash ka naman, have the windows rolled down first pag pinupunas nila yung top edge ng window and the inside of the visor, and then roll the windows up to dry whatever got wet. That's just about the only quirk we've experienced.

i used to have EGR visors on my exped. they faded after about 3 years exposure to the elements. faded meaning not as dark as the original brown color. but they didn't crack, or turn purple. if you want to have visors installed, i don't suggest you go with the Class A option.
personally, i would opt for a 'cleaner' look, so no to visors.
