What to use to remove old tints?

Guys what to use in removing old tints? Tama bang cutter? Ito kasi ginamit nung last patinted ko,ayun tuloy puro hiwa salamin ng windshield ko Maaalis pa kaya ito?

AFAIK if the scratches is too deep then it can't be removed. I don't know with shallow scratches.

Can't you complain with the store owner ? Their installers should know the right way of removing the tint, and if using the cutter is the right one, they should apply proper care.
