Best to leave it be if you can't see it from the driver's seat and it does not affect your driving. Having it replaced will do more harm and might damage your defoggers in the process. You really can't get 100% perfect tinting job anywhere.

i agree with walter. for as long as your driving vision is not affected, you could let it go. Dust getting caught on the tint is a usual occurrence that can't even be eliminated by a supposed "tint room". Minimized, yes, but not totally eliminated. But would also like to see what you're talking about. Who knows, it might actually be much worse than what we're thinking.

it's weird that i can't post more than two pics on a single reply. anyway here's the third one.

yes, all the white dots and line you see are air bubbles due to dusts/lint. personally, the amount of bubbles makes me want to have it replaced. if only there's no risk involved in the process...

other than that, the hp supreme looks cool and performs pretty well.

Had my windshield tinted din a few weeks ago. HP Charcoal naman yung pinakalightest nila. Like you nagkaroon din ng small bubbles.

Still deciding if Supreme or Charcoal yung ipapalagay ko sa sides and rear.

charcoal performs a little better than supreme on heat rejection. and their vlt line-up are almost the same. it all boils down to your preference. i prefer the greenish hue from the inside and the blacked out look from the outside, so i chose supreme. good luck!

I'm considering HP Charcoal 22 for my windshield. Do you find it too dark for driving at night? Does it really help with cooling the cabin? Anong shade ng HP Charcoal sayo?

    *alptraum,

I'd just let the bubbles due to lint be. Nasa bandang ibaba naman sila, and they don't interfere with your vision. The risk for having it redone by the same folks who will take apart your back seat and deck will be too high vs the reward it will provide.

22 vlt tint is dark smoke/dark magic already. Darker than medium black, half way to super dark. I have a similar shade on my other ride, Llumar nga lang. Dark but tolerable for me. Your call naman, if it's giving you fits replace na.

Mine is the lightest din, 22? Driving at night, sanayan siya sa umpisa. Nightmare begins when it's raining and the road is wet. As in nakatungod ako para lang makita ng mabuti yung daan at dahan-dahan lang sa pagdrive. I have halogen headlamps, not sure if there would be significant improvement if you're on HID.

In terms of cooling, yes indeed ramdam ko yung heat rejection niya. I can confirm this kasi my other windows are still Lumina tints. All I can say is walang sinabi ang free tints ng casa. Scratch resistant pa ang Solargard.

Is there a lighter shade than Charcoal 22? Appreciate if others could suggest a tint with good visibility at night. Thanks!
