Welcome to window film! Best of luck to you. Yes, you can remove your tint as long as the tint are not factory tint, is the tint that is in the glass done by the Manufacturer.
    Here's what to do.....

    1. Take a black trash bag and cut it into a single piece (cut out one side and the bottom)
    2. Spray soapy water on the tinted window.
    3. Place the trash bag over the wet window and pat onto window.
    4. Cut off excess trash bag and fit to window area.
    5. Let sit in the sun for an hour or so.
    6. Will peel right off when finished.
    7. You can clean the glass w/ ammonia or glass cleaner to remove some residue.

Lastly, you can do this as a business removing old and ugly window tint.
