June 1st, 2008 10:55 PM #11Not good. For porma okay pero at night, medyo hassle. Ako nga when raining even magic black na yung sakin and HID na yung headlights ko nalalabuan pa ko minsan. If you want to do something in the car I suggest get a room na lang. Ikaw din maha-hassle nyan.

i recently had my car tinted with solarguard too. gray/silver/gray (super dark) sa sides and rear tapos charcoal medium sa front. that's the rule of the thumb guys, the tint on the windshield shld be a shade lighter that the sides and rear.
ok ang heat rejection plus kita pa sa gabi, plus di pa masyado kita sa loob, in case you are concerned abt privacy. i dont use HID but i have high volt lights and foglights. havent really tried it sa intense rain but i see no prob. damage mga 5k.

:glassesf: i'm wearing glasses for being highly nearsighted and years back, i used to have all my cars tinted super black on the sides and back while light tint of the same color/brand on the windshield.
i have stock headlights and had never had a problem during night driving even while its raining real hard and during summer, the cabin cools down real fast. privacy-wise, i should say that it's also effective, as i have people i know of, guessing whose inside the car even when they try to glance inside with their faces against the windows.

Sa akin, 3M medium on both sides and rear windshield then magic neutral sa harap ayos na dina kami nakikilala even kamag-anak.

May Child In Car sticker na eh. :innocent:
Your car's interior also adds to the "darkness" pala. Yung dati kong City had black leatherette seat covers, kaya dumilim. Revo ko now has beige interiors, so mas maliwanag talaga. I-consider mo rin upholstery mo, if you want added privacy.Last edited by paolorenzo; July 1st, 2008 at 11:26 AM.
3M Color Stable series are all above 50% TSER. RFID readable through the tint, stays good for...
What's the best car tint brand and color?
