Mga sir i Have a 2003 Toyota Revo gusto ko ipatint ng Heavy Black yung windows tapos medium black sa wind shield at yung sa likod any idea kung magkano aabutin? saka aside from 3m ano magandang brand? medyo limited lang kasi budget ko.

I had my tint done at LA Accessories in Makati, mahusay ang installers nila dun. Sa Revo you may have to budget at least 5k for 3M tints.

I used Solarguard which is a little expensive than 3M but it's worth it 'coz you get a 5 year warranty compared to 3 years with 3M.

yung solarguard nagtanong ako sa evanghelista para sa revo eh 3800 ang bigay sakin. di ko lang sure kung orig pano ko po ba malalaman na original ang tint?

* marky86 - LAcars is right you may have canvassed the Sunguard instead of the Solarguard. I noticed sa Solarguard may small random print na "100% Sputtered Metal" sa tint pero barely noticeable naman so no cause for annoyance.

* shadow - yes mas mahal ang Solarguard sa 3M dahil based sa specs na nabasa ko sa shop ni LA cars mas mataas ang UV rejection ng Solarguard compared to 3M (except for the latest crystalline of 3M), and mas matagal ang warranty ng Solarguard, 5 years against 3 years sa 3M

my car is on medium darks sa front windshield, tapos superdarks sa sides tsaka sa rear.

lately, i am really having a hard time driving at night (must be the age...).
question... ok lang kaya tignan kung ipaputol ko yung front tints ko so that parang visor look na lang sya? pero hindi ko gagalawin yung sa sides tsaka sa rear...

ok lang... sa oto ko naka "visor look" na tint lang yung harap. di ko pinatuloy sa buong wind shield for safety purposes. mahirap na... diba? ;)

anyway, my car has budget tints... hehehe... titanium. maganda naman, malinaw at ok na rin heat rejection. nasa 2.5k lang inabot 4 windows ko at visor. sa revo siguro you'll add more or less 500 bucks. pero ok siguro kung ipa-3M mo nalang, para sure na lahat ng shops meron. our revo and innova naka 3M, sa banawe pinatira, inabot ng more or less 4.5k each...

OT: in my opinion hanngat maari ayaw ko ipaputol yung tint sa windshield. mahirap kasi pag sobrang init tapos nakatutok sayo yung sikat ng araw, at least pag naka tint ka sa windshield medyo di mo mararamdaman ang init. bakit sir di mo na lang palitan yung tint mo sa harap ng ibang tint na hindi madilim like yung mga crystalline ng 3m at least may heat reduction. pero its up to you pa rin sir just my piece of advice.

actually, yun din ang iniisip ko bro eh. during weekends kasi, when we go out with my family, my kid stays in front so baka uminit masyado dahil mostly after lunch kami umaalis ng house. tsaka sayang din yung front tints ko dahil sunguard platinum yun. kaya lang, medyo affected ang visibility ko at night eh.

pagisipan ko pa. and more opinion here will be much helpful.

mga sir i already had my tint done earlier problem is the adhesive odor coming from my previous tint. bumili nako ng 3 organic car freshener at 1 odor neutralizer. pero wala parin.

san po ba ok and reliable na shop na magpakabit na solargard tints? magkano po siya for Toyota Revo? kasi meron siyang defogger sa likod so gusto ko yung magaling magtanggal ng previous tint.
