July 12th, 2017 10:54 AM #923Last time nagpa-install ako ng Huper Optik (C30), ang daming bubbles talaga - as in hundreds of tiny dots and some larger ones. I intended to have it redone but was too busy. Then I noticed the number of bubbles decreasing every day until after about 2 and half weeks later, all the bubbles were gone and what I've got was a flawless tint.
The only problem I had with Huper Optik was ghosting (in another car). This is caused by applying too much heat especially on curved surfaces. The HO films are thicker than most kaya they have to use a heat gun. Too much heat and you get these ugly looking cloudy smudges on your tint which become apparent at night when viewed from certain angles.

Thanks! I'll reach out sooner or later. Glad to know HO will honor their guarantee. I'm still waiting for the bubbles to disappear completely with the newly tinted car. I did notice that they are slowly disappearing.

July 16th, 2017 11:28 AM #930With due respect, as far as heat rejection is concerned (which is my #1 criteria for having my cars tinted), Huper Optik performs at least on par with VK. I have VK-40 on 2 of my cars and HO C30 on another.
I said at least because based on my subjective feel, the C30 is actually better at rejecting heat.
I think THAT may very well be one of the likely reasons. It's quite evident that the cooling...
